In my yoga classes, movement is guided by breath, and breath becomes a bridge back to presence. We move with awareness, creating space not only in the body, but in the mind.
In Pilates, we build strength from the inside out - with playful energy, focused intention, and that satisfying fire that reminds you just how capable you are.
Expect to feel empowered, uplifted and a little taller when you leave.

It is a practice that teaches you how to move with more clarity, confidence and care.
Private Sessions
Private sessions offer a quiet, focused space to receive individual guidance.
They are ideal if you are looking to address specific needs, deepen your practice or reconnect with your body at your own pace.
Experiences
Reconnect with yourself and the natural world through our Yoga in Nature sessions, held in parks and open green spaces where fresh air, sunlight, and the sounds of nature become part of your practice. These outdoor classes invite you to slow down, ground your energy, and move in harmony with the elements. We also gather for our special Full Moon Circle, a unique event guided by the lunar cycle, where movement, meditation, and intention-setting align with the energy of each phase of the moon, creating space for reflection, release, and renewal.
